سياسة الخصوصية

توضح هذه السياسة كيف نتعامل مع بياناتك عند استخدام صفحة FitGuard وقائمة الانتظار. نلتزم بنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية (PDPL).

١. البيانات التي نجمعها

في هذه المرحلة (قائمة الانتظار) نجمع فقط:

• بريدك الإلكتروني — الذي تدخله طوعاً في النموذج.
• لغة الصفحة ومصدر الزيارة (مثل الحملة أو الموقع المُحيل) — لأغراض إحصائية فقط.

لا نجمع اسمك، رقمك، موقعك، ولا أي بيانات صحية في صفحة الهبوط.

٢. الغرض من الاستخدام

• إشعارك عند إطلاق التطبيق وإرسال دعوة تجربة مبكرة (TestFlight).
• قياس أداء الصفحة (عدد الزيارات ومعدل التسجيل) عبر أداة تحليلات بدون كوكيز.

٣. التخزين والمشاركة

تُخزَّن بياناتك بشكل آمن لدى مزوّد قواعد البيانات (Supabase). لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أطراف تسويقية. نحتفظ ببريدك حتى الإطلاق أو حتى تطلب الحذف.

٤. حقوقك (PDPL)

• الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها.
• طلب حذف بريدك من القائمة في أي وقت.
• سحب موافقتك على التواصل.

٥. التحليلات

نستخدم أداة تحليلات تحترم الخصوصية (بدون كوكيز وبدون تتبّع شخصي). لا نربط الإحصائيات بهويتك.

٦. تحديثات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة قبل إطلاق التطبيق. سيظهر تاريخ التحديث أعلى الصفحة.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we handle your data on the FitGuard landing page and waitlist. We comply with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

1. Data we collect

At this stage (waitlist) we collect only:

• Your email — voluntarily entered in the form.
• Page language and traffic source (e.g. campaign or referring site) — for analytics only.

We do not collect your name, phone, location, or any health data on the landing page.

2. How we use it

• To notify you at launch and send an early-access (TestFlight) invite.
• To measure page performance (visits and signup rate) via a cookieless analytics tool.

3. Storage & sharing

Your data is stored securely with our database provider (Supabase). We do not sell your data or share it with marketers. We keep your email until launch or until you request deletion.

4. Your rights (PDPL)

• Access or correct your data.
• Request deletion of your email at any time.
• Withdraw your consent to be contacted.

5. Analytics

We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool (no cookies, no personal tracking). Statistics are not linked to your identity.

6. Updates

We may update this policy before the app launches. The update date appears at the top.
